I think I made the original tidbit called "Aura" (can still be found on SoundCloud) around the time I was making the 8-bit versions of Eräänä tracks. The idea was to try making new material with a very heavily video game -influenced sound, but with heavily distorted beats. Like Autiomaa, that short bit stayed untouched for a long while until this year I finally managed to expand it into this track. Out of the three tracks on the EP, this was the one I had the most problems with when trying to figure out what I wanted to do with it, but the end product is probably one of my personal favorites out of everything I've made this far!
